Development fads will come and go, from NLP to Myers
Briggs, from Belbin to 360º feedback. We prefer
to talk about what's unchanging, what's timeless,
timely. Our work deserves a resident's parking bay
on any corporate training syllabus.
Because you can't develop your people with training
alone. Smart people don't want to be taught, they
want to discover. So you can't tell them to do something.
You need to light a fire in them that makes them want
to do it. They need to feel possible, potent, significant.
